This Privacy Policy describes how Yard25 s.r.o. ("Yard25", "we", "us"), with its registered office at Besední 25, 341 92 Kašperské Hory, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO) 29902819, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Pilsen under File No. C 48896, handles personal data in connection with the yard25.com website and the applications we publish (together, the "Services").

1. Our approach

We design our Services to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

2. Data we collect on this website

The yard25.com website is a static informational site. It does not require an account and does not itself collect personal data. If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your email address and the content of your message) solely to respond to your enquiry.

3. Data we collect in our apps

Our applications are designed to work on your device. Unless expressly stated otherwise in an app's own description or in-app notice:

• your content and settings stay on your device or in your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy;
• we do not require registration and do not build user profiles;
• we may receive anonymised crash reports and aggregated statistics through Apple's App Store frameworks, subject to the choices you make in your device settings.

Where a specific app collects additional data (for example for optional sync or analytics), this is disclosed in that app's App Store privacy label and, where applicable, in a supplementary notice within the app.

4. Tunero and the microphone

Tunero, our chromatic tuner, needs access to your device's microphone in order to detect the pitch of the sound you play. The audio is analysed in real time on your device and is used only to determine pitch.

• Audio is never recorded, saved or stored by the app;
• audio is never transmitted to us or to any third party;
• the app works entirely offline and does not require an account;
• you can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings, though the tuner cannot function without it.

5. Purchases

Purchases of our apps and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.

6. Legal basis and retention

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services and responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
