2. Apps distributed through the App Store

Our applications are distributed through Apple's App Store and Mac App Store. Your use of an app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless the app is accompanied by a custom licence. Purchases, refunds and downloads are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our applications — including names, logos, text, design and software — is owned by Yard25 s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
